All estimates generated by Bob are for guidance purposes only. They do not constitute a formal quote, professional survey, or legal advice. Actual costs may vary. Always obtain at least three written quotes from qualified tradespeople before committing to any renovation work. AiBuildBuddy accepts no liability for any financial loss arising from reliance on our estimates.
AiBuildBuddy contacts builders on your behalf using the project details you provide. We do not guarantee responses from builders, the quality of their work, or their pricing. AiBuildBuddy is not a party to any contract between you and a builder.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid features are available on a one-time per-project basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Contact hello@aibuildbuddy.com within 7 days of purchase for any payment issues.
You must not use AiBuildBuddy for any unlawful purpose. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform. You must not use builder outreach to send spam.
All content on AiBuildBuddy is our property. You may use outputs for your personal renovation project only. You may not reproduce or commercialise our content without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiBuildBuddy's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific feature giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
